Production and shipping

Production timing, packaging, and returns.

How Podcentro handles production estimates, packaging, shipping, reprints, and returns for print-on-demand orders.

How an order moves

  1. Receipt. An eligible order arrives with the product, variant, artwork, and destination Podcentro needs. Missing data, unpaid charges, or a file that fails the agreed checks can hold the order.
  2. Production. The item is made after the order is authorized. Apparel, wall decor, puzzles, ornaments, transfers, and other catalog families do not share one production clock.
  3. Check. Finished units are reviewed against the file and the product before they are packed. A check reduces obvious errors. It does not remove every difference between a screen mockup and a physical material.
  4. Handoff. The parcel is given to the carrier selected for that destination and service. Tracking, when the service provides it, is shared after the carrier accepts the shipment.

Current production times

There is no single turnaround for every product and season. Use the estimate confirmed for your catalog during onboarding, not a number copied from another provider. As a planning guide only:

These ranges are estimates for members, not a guaranteed ship date and not a promise you can publish to Customers as a fixed delivery date.

Packaging

Each product is packed to suit its material. Apparel is folded and bagged. Flat and rigid goods, glass ornaments, puzzles, and transfers use protective packaging meant to limit damage in normal handling. Labels show the information the carrier needs and a basic order reference. A multi-item order may ship in one parcel or in more than one parcel when size or the production path makes a split more reliable. Packaging is chosen to limit unused volume. It is not custom branded unless that option is part of your written agreement.

Inserts, thank-you cards, or branded mailers are included only when they are agreed in advance and supplied in a form production can use.

Shipping and current transit times

Podcentro hands the parcel to a carrier. Transit after that handoff is the carrier’s service, not a Podcentro production step. Tracking is provided when the selected service includes it. Delivery dates shown by a carrier are estimates and move with weather, peak volume, address quality, and local delivery conditions.

The service actually available for a product and country is the one confirmed for your account. Do not advertise a lane that has not been confirmed.

Address changes can be requested only before the parcel is handed to the carrier. After handoff, corrections go through the carrier and may fail or add cost. A new shipment caused by an incorrect address is billed to you.

Reprints and returns

Products are made to order with your artwork. They are not stocked for resale, so a change-of-mind return or a size exchange is not accepted unless Podcentro confirms a production or packing error.

If an item arrives damaged, printed incorrectly, or as the wrong product or variant, email hello@podcentro.com with:

Send that notice within 30 days after delivery. For an order that never shows as delivered, write within 30 days after the end of the confirmed transit window for domestic shipments, and within 45 days for international shipments. Requests without enough detail to review may be paused until you send it.

If the review shows a production, print, or packing error by Podcentro, Podcentro may reprint the item or refund the production charge for the affected units. The remedy is chosen for that case. A refund, once approved, returns by the original payment route and then follows your bank’s posting time.

Requests that are declined

Each request is reviewed on its own facts. Filing a payment dispute before this review can slow or prevent a reprint.

What you should tell Customers

Publish a production window plus a shipping window, and say both are estimates. You handle Customer questions about listings, sizing, and order status. Podcentro handles production status for orders it accepted. Samples are the practical way to check color, scale, and material before you promise a result you have not seen.
