Clear handling of website information.
Effective October 20, 2026. This policy explains how Podcentro handles information from the public website and from email you choose to send.
Who this covers
This policy applies to visitors of podcentro.com, people who use the contact or membership forms, and members who correspond with Podcentro about production. Your Customers’ purchases on Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, or another channel are also governed by that channel’s own privacy terms.
Information you choose to provide
The contact and membership pages can prepare an email containing the fields you complete, such as your name, email address, brand, store URL, selling channel, product interests, market, artwork status, and message. Your browser opens your email application. The public website itself does not store the form in a Podcentro database and does not transmit it to one.
If you later email Podcentro, or if an approved account is used to place orders, Podcentro may also receive shipping details, order references, artwork files, payment status, and support messages needed to produce and discuss those orders. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive records through the public forms.
Information collected automatically
Hosting this website, and loading fonts, icons, or images from a content-delivery network, can expose ordinary technical data to the server or network that answers the request. That data can include IP address, browser type, device type, date and time, and the referring URL. Podcentro uses that information to deliver the site and to protect it. The public site does not run its own advertising pixels or sell visitor profiles.
How information may be used
Podcentro may use information you send to:
- Reply to an inquiry or membership application.
- Decide whether a workflow is a fit and confirm product, file, and pricing details.
- Produce, pack, and ship orders Podcentro has agreed to fulfill.
- Keep a record of the correspondence, invoices, and order exceptions.
- Protect the Services, investigate misuse, and meet legal duties.
Sending an application does not guarantee acceptance and does not by itself create a service agreement.
Sharing
Podcentro does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with providers that host email, the website, production, or shipping, and with professional advisers, when they need it to do that work. It may also be shared if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. Those providers handle information under their own terms. A carrier receives the delivery details needed to ship an order. A sales channel receives whatever you choose to connect or publish there.
Retention
Correspondence and order records are kept only as long as they are reasonably needed for the purpose you contacted us, for open orders, disputes, security, tax, and other legal requirements. You may ask Podcentro to delete an inquiry email that is no longer needed. Records that must be kept for an order, a dispute, or a legal duty may be retained until that duty ends.
Your choices
You may choose not to send an email through the website. Depending on applicable law and on whether Podcentro holds the information, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information in your correspondence. Podcentro may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and may decline a request where the law allows, including when another person’s rights or an ongoing order would be affected.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar rules, you may also have rights to object, to restrict certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Podcentro’s contact for those requests is below.
Children
The Services are for adults. Podcentro does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through this website. If you believe a minor has sent personal information, email hello@podcentro.com so it can be deleted.
International visitors
Podcentro is based in the United States. If you write from another country, your message will be handled in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
External services
This website links to Instagram, X, ecommerce platforms, and other external resources. Their privacy practices and cookies are controlled by those services. Font, icon, and brand-asset networks may receive ordinary technical request data when your browser loads those resources.
Contact and updates
Privacy questions can be sent to hello@podcentro.com or mailed to 7901 4th St N, Ste 34250, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. This notice may be updated when the website, contact method, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when that happens.
